We offer physical metal signs and wall decor products only.

Our products may include metal signs, metal wall art, decorative wall panels, themed wall decorations, printed metal decor, and other physical home decor items designed for indoor display.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and product details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, finishes, textures, print details, or minor product details may vary slightly due to device settings, lighting, production methods, material differences, or printing/finishing variations.

Section 2 – Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Once an order enters processing or production, changes may not be possible.

Because some metal signs and wall decor products may be made to order or customized, customers should carefully review all product details, sizes, colors, design options, and personalization information before placing an order.

Section 3 – Shipping and Delivery

After processing, orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners.

Estimated shipping time: 7–10 business days
Total delivery time: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Customs clearance
Carrier delays
Holidays or peak seasons
Other unforeseen logistics issues

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Section 4 – Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or production.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Approval depends on the order status at the time of the request.

For made-to-order, customized, or personalized metal signs and wall decor products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Section 5 – Returns and Refunds

We review all return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Requests may be accepted if:

The item is not delivered
The item arrives damaged
The item received is incorrect
The item is significantly different from the description
There is a confirmed production, printing, or finishing defect

Customers may be required to provide photo or video evidence.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that personalized, customized, or made-to-order metal signs and wall decor products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

Section 6 – Product Issues

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a product-related issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

For product-related issues, customers should provide clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, printing issue, incorrect item, or finishing problem so we can review the case properly.

Section 7 – Supplier and Fulfillment Information

Some products may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped through our trusted supplier and fulfillment partner, Merchize. Depending on the product type, shipping destination, and logistics route, orders may be processed through one of the following fulfillment locations:
