Once an order has been processed, produced, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Because some of our products are made to order, customized, or prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

If the order is already in processing, production, or shipping, the cancellation request may not be approved.

If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
