Our store sells physical metal signs and wall decor products only. We do not offer digital or downloadable items.
Our products may include metal signs, metal wall art, decorative wall panels, themed wall decorations, printed metal decor, and other physical home decor items designed for indoor display.
Customers may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following cases:
The item is not delivered within the expected timeframe
The item received is incorrect
The item received is significantly different from the product description
The package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier
The item arrives damaged during shipping
The item has a confirmed production, printing, or finishing defect
To submit a request, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue. Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.
Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order metal signs and wall decor products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.
Section 2 – Request Timeframe
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Section 3 – Refund Process
If a request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the issue was caused by our error.
All requests are subject to verification of order details, delivery status, and the reported issue.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
